Return and refund policy

RETURN:

Items purchased on kianaghavidel.com are eligible for return within 14 days of the delivery
date. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition and must not have been worn, used, or altered. Items must be returned in its original shoebox, including the dust bags. We kindly ask you to try the shoes on a clean, dry surface to avoid marks and damages on the soles. Shoes that are worn, altered, or damaged will not be accepted, and the package will be sent back to you with no refund issued.

RETURN PROCESS:

• Once the return request has been submitted, we will review it and upon approval you will receive an email with instructions on how to return your item.

EXCHANGES:

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to purchase a different product, please return your merchandise and place a new order through the website.

REFUNDS:

Once your return is approved, you will receive confirmation email a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. If more than 14 business days have passed since you received a confirmation email about your return, please contact us at info@kianaghavidel.com.
