The soles of your Kiana Ghavidel shoes are made from smooth and delicate leather. It is normal for them to show marks upon first wear; this is not a manufacturing defect but a completely natural process. We do not recommend walking on wet surfaces, as this may alter the structure of the soles and cause staining to the upper part of the shoes. We also do not recommend replacing the soles, as this may affect the overall structure of the shoes. (Or: we recommend avoiding wet surfaces to prevent sole damage and staining of the upper material).

Avoid contact with water, alcohol, oils, and solvents. If the hardware comes into contact with water, dry it immediately with a soft, clean , dry and neural-colored cloth.
TIPS FOR SATIN
Our high-quality satin is known for its smoothness and durability . Slight variations in surface texture and color are natural characteristic of the material, and not a defect. Satin is delicate and susceptible. It is important to avoid rubbing, scuffs, and contact with sharp objects or surfaces that may cause the satin to pull and tear. Contact with liquids may cause the satin to stain, so it is important to keep your shoes safe from rain, alcohol, oil, and other liquids. To remove small amounts of surface dirt, we recommend gently using a soft, clean, dry and neutral-colored cloth.
TIPS FOR LEATHER
Calf leather provides a smooth, lightweight, strong and durable upper for your shoes. Like all animal skins, leather will naturally wrinkle and soften with age. This is a natural process. We recommend keeping light-colored leather away from contact with water or other liquids. To remove small amounts of surface dirt, use a soft, clean, dry and neutral-colored cloth.
TIPS FOR CALF HAIR OR PONY

TIPS FOR SUEDE
Suede is one of the most delicate leathers that absorb oily and liquid substances more easily. It is natural to see small color variations due to rubbing. To remove small amounts of surface dirt, use a soft suede brush.
TIPS FOR FLOCK
Flock is created using a special process that applies paint and finish with an airbrush for a velvety texture. Slight color variations may occur due to the rubbing on the shoe structure.
